By using this website offered by Econet Wireless Zimbabwe and U2opia Mobile, you confirm that you have read the following terms ("Terms of Use") and agree to be bound by them. Please read these Terms of Use carefully.

a. YoFootballTeam is a game in which contestants pick players from featured professional teams each match day, to build their own team. Points are earned based on the actual performance of the players in real-world matches. Each User’s team’s points are tracked on a leaderboard. User’s Team with the highest points on the final leaderboard of the contest wins.
b. Econet customers must subscribe to the YoFootballTeam during the contest Period to stand a chance to win contest prizes ("the Promotion").

a. The Customer subscribing to YoFootballTeam will be subscribing to YoFootballTeam as a product. This means that all the contest which are part of the contest in forthcoming future, user will be participant

To enter the Contest, you must do the following during the Promotion Period:
a. Be a natural person over the age of 18 (eighteen);
b. Be an Econet subscriber and user status should be Subscribed on time of winner announcement
c. Who is a winner? User who's team or teams has highest points among all the teams participating in all the contest matches will be declared as winner. Condition being that user has be an active scriber at the time with contest ends.
d. What happens if user joins mid of the contest? - user who is able to score maximum points out of all the matches in the contest will be declared as winner. It will not matter if you participate in only 1 match form the contest or all the matches.
e. What happens if 2 users have same points? The team with the highest-scoring Captain will be ranked higher on the leaderboard If the points scored by the Captain are the same, The team with the highest-scoring Vice-Captain will be ranked higher If the points scored by the Captain and Vice-Captain are the same, the team that joined the contest first will be ranked higher
f. User participating in the contest will be given a prize depending upon their rank in the contest.

You are excluded from participating in the Promotion if:
a. you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant to the Promoter/s or any marketing Promotion provider in respect of the promotional competition or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter/s or the spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of such a person;

a. YoFootballTeam is a sports contest product. User participating in the service will subscribe to YoFootballTeam as a sports contest service which will consist of various contest.
b. Customers must subscribe and play mobile games on their data-enabled handset or device. As such, Subscribers get access to daily fantasy leagues to play.
c. A subscriber is allowed to put in 1 team per match only. User team cannot be edited or changed post match start.
d. A fantasy team is eligible to compete in a daily competition only if their subscription was successfully billed on the day of the competition
e. Multi-match day competitions include the fantasy team’s points that competed in qualifying daily competitions only. Highest points will be considered and same will be displayed on leaderboard
f. Point Scoring

• g. Points are earned on the actual performances of the players in real-world matches.
• h. All statistics are supplied by Cricket API in accordance with its guidelines. Statistics are received in real time. Statistics provided by STATS are not amended in any way. However, Cricket API may change statistics which result in changes to scoring, so long as any statistic amendments are made before competitions are made official.
• i. If a picked player does not play he earns zero points
• j. If a match is postponed or stopped, it will be considered cancelled and your picked players will not score any points. The match day will otherwise continue as normal.

k. Cancelled matches result in picked players not scoring any point

b. Subscribe to the Service from a daily/weekly/monthly subscription fee.

a. In order to Unsubscribe from the YoFootballTeam Service, a User can visit website http://yofootballteam.com
You will receive an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed from the Service.

a. Who is a winner? User who's team or teams has highest points among all the teams participating in all the contest matches will be declared as winner. Condition being that user has be an active subscription at the time when contest ends.

d. User participating in the contest will be given a prize depending upon their rank in the contest.

a. Winners are determined by User’s team’s position on the competition's final leaderboard and will take place when the Final results are confirmed 72 hours after the contest closure.
The Subscribers will receive an SMS notification that addresses the following:

• Competition promotions (daily and multi-match day);
• Team entry reminders;
• Competition kick-off;
• Competition results;
• Prize winner announcements;
• Fantasy tips;

a. Winners will be contacted for 2 (two) consecutive business days. In the event that a winner is not contactable, their prize will be forfeited.
b. The Promoter/s may ask personal information and request documentation for the depositing of the prize. If a winner is unable to provide such information or documentation within 2 (two) calendar days of this information being requested, their prize will be forfeited.
c. The Promoter/s are not responsible for the service being interrupted and/or failing for any reason or for any interruption in the network services or handset compatibility.
d. To the extent that any taxes, duties, levies or other charges may be levied on a prize by a Regulator or the government the winner/s, acknowledge and accept that they will be liable for these costs and the Promoter/s will not increase the value of the prize/s to compensate for these expenses.
e. Entry into the Promotion means that you agree and understand that you will only stand a chance to win a prize, and that there is no guarantee that you will be receiving any prize.
f. The Promoters reserve the right from time to time to vary, change, or terminate the Promotion or the Service as may be deemed necessary in its discretion, on notice to you. Any changes to rules and/or Terms and Conditions are effective from the date that they are published on the website or elsewhere in any media. In the event that you do consent to these Terms and conditions please do not participation in the Promotion.
g. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the judges is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.
The winner/s name, image and/or town/city may be published by the Promoter/s on their respective websites or on other media. The winner will not be paid for such use. The winner may always refuse to grant consent for the use of their name, likeness and/or image for this purpose.
h. The Promoter/s are not responsible for a Promotion or the Service being interrupted and/or failing for any reason or for any interruption in the network Promotions or handset compatibility.
i. U2opia Mobile Pte. Ltd. (“U2opia”) reserves the right from time to time to terminate, vary or change the Promotion and/or Service as may be deemed necessary in its discretion. Any changes to rules and/or Terms and Conditions are effective from the date that they are published on the website or elsewhere in any media. In the event that you do not consent to the Terms and Conditions please do not participate in the Promotion or subscriber to the Service.
j. Econet shall be entitled to terminate your subscription to the Service, if you are involved in any fraudulent activity or suspected fraudulent activity.
